Delivery/Postage Information

We post all our products to anyone location Australia wide, both metropolitan and regional areas of Australia and all states and Territories and Internationally. 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA: 

We offer postage through Australia Post unless expressed otherwise. We have a few different postage options available for your convenience. 

The largest being Standard Postage VS Express Postage delivery. The costs are obviously higher for Express Post with most Australian metropolitan areas receiving their package within 2-4 business days and Standard Postage 4-8 business days. 

Optional registrerated post is available and recommended (especially on Jewellery products) which requires an signature on delivery or if you are not home at the time of delivery it will instead be taken to your local post office for pick up and a signature on pick up there. This ensures you receive your item/s without 100% assurance they have been delivered and covers lost mail orders. This is an additional $2.95 only.

Insurance is undertaken formally by Australia Post on any value package of under $100 free of charge but we do offer the option to purchase insurance additionally if your item/s are over $100.  

The prices for standard postage and Express Postage vary according to the dimensions of the product you order as well as the weight but most Standard Postage costs are $15 or less and for Express Postage $25 less. 

Once your item/items have been posted out, we will endeavour to contact you by text or email to let you know and when roughly to expect delivery as well as provide you with the Australia Post tracking code you can enter into their tracking feature on their website or through their app. 

Pick up at a mutually agreed date and time is the other available option for receiving your items if you reside In Metropolitan Perth from Craigie, WA 6025.
